- Selection and coordination of all suppliers (print, catering, furniture, drinks, decor, venue, DJ, live band…)
- Requesting, comparing and following up on quotes
- Budget management throughout the entire process
- Drawing up the run-of-show, including a full contingency plan for rain
- Developing the floor plan, guest arrival flow and practical layout
- On-site coordination the day before, during and after the wedding
- Directing staff for smooth service and hospitality

A relaxed, loving day where the couple could be fully present in every moment, with the assurance that everything behind the scenes was taken care of to perfection.
Birthday Weekend in the South of France
The moment:
A warm multi-day stay in the South of France, fully tailored to the group.
My role:
- Arranging accommodation for 26 people
- Following up on Q&A from guests
- Arranging local transport (to and from the airport)
- Organising catering for various moments (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Coordination of hired materials on location
- Directing staff for service during meals
- Requesting, comparing and following up on quotes (catering, equipment rental, DJ, flowers, catamaran, electric mountain bike…)
- Developing activities: cycling, catamaran rental, excursions…
- Providing thoughtful touches for the guests
- Sharing the programme with guests in a fun and stylish way
- Discreet and respectful follow-up, behind the scenes but always nearby
The result:
A wonderful, carefree weekend where every guest felt welcome and the client could simply enjoy every moment.

- Snack table with a mini football pitch, stadium & life-size cutouts of favourite players, entertainment
- Personalised drink menus, thank-you cards & details
- Directing staff for drinks service and dessert buffet
- Measuring the garden and coordinating with the tent supplier and all other suppliers
- Organisation of bar facilities, catering and logistics
- Setup & coordination throughout the celebration
