    Once the quote is approved, we move into the creative and content phase.
    We talk about the atmosphere, the vibe and the feeling you want to create. When it comes to a multi-day experience, we look not only at how it looks, but also at how it feels across several days:

    • What kind of flow suits you?
    • How much rest and how much activity do you want?
    • What makes a multi-day experience truly special for you?

    The location plays a key role here.
    For multi-day moments, the venue is the foundation: from accommodation and accessibility to the feel of the surroundings.
    Once we have chosen the location, we can align all other elements around it.

    I draw up a clear timeline with key decision points,
    from major choices like catering and activities to the smaller details that make the experience complete.
    Together we create a concept that works from the first to the last day, and that is a perfect reflection of who you are and what you want to experience.

  • Supplier selection and coordination

    Based on the developed concept, I find the right suppliers to match your moment.
    This includes:

    • Selecting suitable suppliers (catering, photographer, DJ, print, flowers, furniture rental, drinks…)
    • Requesting, comparing and (if desired) discussing quotes together
    • Planning and following up on appointments with suppliers
    • Scheduling meetings with suppliers, with or without your presence (e.g. photographer, DJ, decorator…)

    Reviewing the run-of-show with all suppliers so everyone knows exactly what happens when.
    I take on the full coordination with all suppliers, so you have just one point of contact: Maya.

  • Guest coordination

    Multi-day trips often involve some extra organisation.
    That’s why I also take care of, if desired:

    • communication with guests about the schedule, timing & practical information
    • clear information packs, a warm welcome message and more
    • coordination of transport (taxis, shuttles, flights, trains…)
    • aligning rooms, sleeping arrangements or group packages
    • following up on special wishes or needs of guests
